The proximity of the ocean provides cool maritime conditions and yields dry wines with very pure fruit and great aromatic complexity, thanks to a longer ripening cycle. The wine is aged for \u003cstrong\u003e10 months in barrels\u003c\/strong\u003e of first-, second- and third-use French oak. This 100% \u003cstrong\u003ePinotage\u003c\/strong\u003e develops spicy notes of \u003cstrong\u003eblackberry\u003c\/strong\u003e, \u003cstrong\u003eblack plum\u003c\/strong\u003e, \u003cstrong\u003eblackcurrant\u003c\/strong\u003e, \u003cstrong\u003eliquorice\u003c\/strong\u003e, \u003cstrong\u003ecracked pepper\u003c\/strong\u003e, \u003cstrong\u003egraphite\u003c\/strong\u003e, \u003cstrong\u003ecocoa\u003c\/strong\u003e, \u003cstrong\u003eleather\u003c\/strong\u003e and \u003cstrong\u003erosemary\u003c\/strong\u003e.
