This plateau near the Río de la Plata and the Atlantic Ocean enjoys a temperate, sunny climate cooled by sea breezes, on low-acidity clay-limestone soils that host grassed vineyards.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eMade from Chardonnay grown on these clay-limestone soils, this wine is aged in French oak barrels for four to six months.
