The vines cling to terraced slopes, on poor, free-draining soils derived from crystalline rocks, under a temperate climate marked by the north wind.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThis cuvée is made exclusively from Roussanne, grown organically by Hélène and Jean-Pierre Mucyn, winegrowers based in Gervans since 2001. The estate has an underground cellar, beneath its 18th-century building, whose natural coolness is particularly well suited to making white wines and preserving their aromas.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThis wine reveals notes of \u003cstrong\u003eyellow peach\u003c\/strong\u003e, \u003cstrong\u003efresh apricot\u003c\/strong\u003e, \u003cstrong\u003epear\u003c\/strong\u003e, \u003cstrong\u003elinden\u003c\/strong\u003e, \u003cstrong\u003ehawthorn\u003c\/strong\u003e, \u003cstrong\u003elemon\u003c\/strong\u003e, \u003cstrong\u003eacacia honey\u003c\/strong\u003e and \u003cstrong\u003echalk\u003c\/strong\u003e. The nose, rich and ripe, combines stone fruit with floral nuances.
