The philosophy of the estate is to take the time, the time it takes, to produce in small quantities if necessary, but only \u003cstrong\u003ewines of character\u003c\/strong\u003e and high quality! The white grape vines are located on the edge of the Vinho Verde production area. The \u003cstrong\u003eclimate is Mediterranean-Atlantic\u003c\/strong\u003e , with a soil composed of schists and granites, at an altitude of 400 meters. The harvest is manual, in 15kg crates so as not to damage the grapes. After sorting, the grapes are pressed and fermented at low temperature for 3-4 weeks with native yeasts. This is followed by \u003cstrong\u003eaging for 6 months\u003c\/strong\u003e in used barrels. This wine is a blend of 2 grape varieties: \u003cstrong\u003eSémillon\u003c\/strong\u003e and \u003cstrong\u003eVerdelho\u003c\/strong\u003e . The nose is fruity, fresh and distinguished. There are notes of \u003cstrong\u003ecitrus zest\u003c\/strong\u003e , \u003cstrong\u003equince\u003c\/strong\u003e , \u003cstrong\u003ecrushed peach\u003c\/strong\u003e , \u003cstrong\u003epear\u003c\/strong\u003e , \u003cstrong\u003eflint\u003c\/strong\u003e , \u003cstrong\u003ewhite flowers\u003c\/strong\u003e , \u003cstrong\u003ebeeswax\u003c\/strong\u003e associated with light notes of \u003cstrong\u003eanise\u003c\/strong\u003e , \u003cstrong\u003ebutter\u003c\/strong\u003e and \u003cstrong\u003etoasted bread\u003c\/strong\u003e . . The palate is fruity, fresh, delicious, elegant and offers a lovely substance as well as a sharp mineral structure.
