In order to obtain a wine of \u003cstrong\u003epure expression\u003c\/strong\u003e , the harvest is manual and fermentation is carried out spontaneously using natural yeasts, followed by aging for 6 months in oak barrels. The aromatic palette is complex and combines notes of lime, \u003cstrong\u003epeach\u003c\/strong\u003e , \u003cstrong\u003eapricot\u003c\/strong\u003e , \u003cstrong\u003equince\u003c\/strong\u003e , \u003cstrong\u003ealmond\u003c\/strong\u003e and \u003cstrong\u003ehoney\u003c\/strong\u003e . We also detect subtle notes of \u003cstrong\u003ewhite flowers\u003c\/strong\u003e , vanilla and toast. On the palate, this wine is \u003cstrong\u003esmooth\u003c\/strong\u003e and silky with fantastic acidity that keeps it straight on the palate. It impresses with its balance and its aging potential.
