The Completer from Domaine Chappaz originates on the steep slopes of Fully, in the heart of Valais, on the right bank of the Rhône. The vines are rooted in terraces of schist and gneiss, supported by the famous dry stone walls that retain heat. This alpine landscape, characterized by a dry and sunny continental climate, benefits from significant temperature variations between day and night. The influence of valley winds and good natural ventilation promote a slow and complete ripening of the grapes, while preserving the freshness and mineral expression of the terroir.

This wine reveals notes of ripe yellow fruits , dried fruits , and citrus zest , complemented by delicate floral touches, spicy nuances, and a subtle minerality . On the palate, it is full-bodied and structured, driven by a lively acidity that prolongs the tasting, with a slightly creamy texture, lingering tactile sensations, and a long, mouthwatering, and harmonious finish.
