In the heart of the Valais vineyards, the Chappaz estate stretches across the steep slopes of Fully, above the Rhône River, on terraces supported by dry stone walls. The white blend vines are planted in predominantly schist and morainic soils, which retain heat and promote slow and complete ripening of the grapes. The sunny exposure and dry mountain climate, tempered by the river, offer ideal conditions for expressing the aromatic finesse and mineral tension characteristic of this high-altitude terroir.

This wine reveals notes of stone fruit , exotic fruit , and citrus , complemented by delicate floral touches, spicy nuances, and a subtle minerality reminiscent of the schist soils of Fully. The palate is full and silky, supported by a lively acidity that lengthens the tasting experience, while the persistent and balanced finish leaves an impression of mouthwatering freshness and great precision.
