The grapes are picked ripe, early in the morning while it is still cool. After careful hand sorting, they are pressed and fermented in stainless-steel tanks to ensure the extraction of all the flavours of the \u003cstrong\u003eMalbec\u003c\/strong\u003e. After fermentation, the wine is kept on its lees, with no oak ageing. It is then gently filtered and bottled. This wine reveals notes of \u003cstrong\u003eblackberries\u003c\/strong\u003e, \u003cstrong\u003eplum\u003c\/strong\u003e, \u003cstrong\u003eblackcurrant\u003c\/strong\u003e, \u003cstrong\u003edark chocolate\u003c\/strong\u003e, \u003cstrong\u003eblack cherry\u003c\/strong\u003e, \u003cstrong\u003eviolet\u003c\/strong\u003e and \u003cstrong\u003etobacco\u003c\/strong\u003e. The palate is comforting and balanced.
