The Glera vines take root in shallow, alluvial soils of morainic origin and are trained in Sylvoz and double-arched systems, at a density of 2,500 to 4,000 vines per hectare. The harvest takes place in the first half of September.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe base wine is placed in an autoclave for the second fermentation, where it ferments for 18 to 20 days with selected yeasts, at a controlled temperature of 15 to 18 °C. Once a pressure of around 6 bar is reached, it is chilled to -4 °C to stop fermentation, then rests for at least a month in contact with the yeasts before filtration and isobaric bottling.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThis wine reveals notes of \u003cstrong\u003elemon\u003c\/strong\u003e, \u003cstrong\u003egrapefruit\u003c\/strong\u003e, \u003cstrong\u003egreen apple\u003c\/strong\u003e, \u003cstrong\u003epear\u003c\/strong\u003e, \u003cstrong\u003ewhite peach\u003c\/strong\u003e, \u003cstrong\u003eacacia blossom\u003c\/strong\u003e, \u003cstrong\u003ewisteria\u003c\/strong\u003e and \u003cstrong\u003emelon\u003c\/strong\u003e. The nose offers intense aromas of citrus and white-fleshed fruit.
