The vines are planted there between 1,400 and 1,850 metres above sea level, at the foot of the Andes, on clay-limestone gravel soils. The almost constant sunshine, cool nights and pure snowmelt water yield ripe, intensely aromatic grapes with lovely liveliness.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eAfter the harvest, the grapes undergo a light cold skin maceration, which extracts the aromas held in the skins. Fermentation then takes place in stainless-steel tanks, without malolactic fermentation, in order to preserve the freshness, natural acidity and aromatic purity of Argentina's emblematic grape variety.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThis wine reveals notes of \u003cstrong\u003ejasmine\u003c\/strong\u003e, \u003cstrong\u003erose\u003c\/strong\u003e, \u003cstrong\u003eorange blossom\u003c\/strong\u003e, \u003cstrong\u003ewhite peach\u003c\/strong\u003e, \u003cstrong\u003elychee\u003c\/strong\u003e, \u003cstrong\u003elemon\u003c\/strong\u003e, \u003cstrong\u003egrapefruit\u003c\/strong\u003e and \u003cstrong\u003ebergamot zest\u003c\/strong\u003e.
